Intake Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Quickly address new inquiries.

• Engage in conversations with parents seeking ABA services for their children.

• Serve as a compassionate, patient, and reassuring initial contact.

• Collect and accurately document pertinent intake information.

• Clearly and professionally articulate the intake process.

• Consistently follow up with prospective families.

• Assist in progressing suitable inquiries through the intake process.

• Keep precise records and update relevant systems.

• Balance responsiveness and progress while being sensitive to each family's unique circumstances.

• Take part in the application, video interview, recruitment, client matching, and interview coordination processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive customer-facing, client service, or intake experience.

• Clear and confident communication skills in English.

• Possess a clear, neutral accent and comfort in speaking with American clients.

• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and emotional maturity.

• Capable of managing sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.

• Organized, dependable, and diligent with follow-ups.

• Ability to establish trust without rushing or pressuring families.

• Preferred background in healthcare administration or patient coordination.

• Preferred experience in medical or behavioral health intake.

• Preferred background in social work or community services.

• Preferred experience in customer service or client care.

• Preferred experience in lead management within a healthcare-related setting.

• Submission of CV and participation in a one-way video interview are required as part of the application process.

• Availability for designated working hours and a remote independent-contractor arrangement.
