Intake Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of personal injury clients from the initial intake to the progression of their cases.

• Utilize expertise in bodily injury claims and the processes involved in pre-litigation case management.

• Determine which cases qualify for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the relevant department.

• Evaluate and submit potential production cases for legal assessment by attorneys.

• Assess clients for eligibility for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

• Aid clients with issues related to property damage, including loss of use and diminished value claims.

• Liaise with insurance adjusters and carriers to gather coverage details and claim information.

• Track and follow up on the medical treatment of clients and the progression of their cases.

• Request, gather, and organize medical records, invoices, and other necessary documentation.

• Keep accurate records of adjuster and insurance information in Litify.

• Submit relevant subrogation and attorney lien documentation.

• Thoroughly document all case activities in Litify with precision.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on their case status.

• Ensure cases are adequately prepared for attorney review and discharge when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage claims, PIP, medical records, bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation issues, attorney liens, and demand preparation.

• Proficient in using Litify, Salesforce, or comparable case management systems.

• Exceptional skills in client communication, organization, and case management.

• Capacity to independently manage a high-volume caseload.

• This position is for an independent contractor.
