Intake Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury clients from the initial intake to the progression of their cases.

• Utilize knowledge of bodily injury claims and the processes involved in pre-litigation case management.

• Identify cases that qualify for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the appropriate department.

• Evaluate and submit potential production cases for attorney assessment.

• Assess clients for eligibility for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

• Support clients with property damage issues, including claims for loss of use and diminished value.

• Liaise with insurance adjusters and carriers to gather coverage and claims information.

• Track and follow up on client medical treatments and the progression of their cases.

• Request, gather, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documents.

• Keep accurate records of adjuster and insurance information within Litify.

• Submit necessary subrogation and attorney lien documentation.

• Record all case activities in detail and with precision in Litify.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on case status.

• Ensure cases are adequately prepared for attorney review and discharge when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proven experience in handling bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage claims, PIP, medical records and bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation issues, attorney liens, and demand preparation.

• Proficient in Litify, Salesforce, or comparable case management systems.

• Exceptional skills in client communication, organization, and case management.

• Capability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
