Intake Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of personal injury clients from the intake stage through the progression of their cases.

• Utilize expertise in bodily injury claims and pre-litigation case management procedures.

• Determine which cases qualify for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the relevant department.

• Review and submit potential production cases for assessment by attorneys.

• Assess clients' eligibility for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

• Support clients with property damage issues, including claims for loss of use and diminished value.

• Liaise with insurance adjusters and carriers to acquire coverage and claim details.

• Track and follow up on client medical treatments and the progression of their cases.

• Request, gather, and organize medical records, bills, and relevant supporting documents.

• Ensure accurate documentation of adjuster and insurance details within Litify.

• Submit necessary subrogation and attorney lien paperwork.

• Record all case activities meticulously and accurately in Litify.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case status.

• Prepare cases thoroughly for attorney review and discharge when suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.

• At least 1 year of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Familiarity with handling bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage claims, PIP, medical record and bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation issues, attorney liens, and demand preparation.

• Proficient in Litify, Salesforce, or comparable case management systems.

• Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills with clients.

• Capability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.

• This role is a Virtual Assistant position as an independent contractor.
