Intake Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury clients from the initial intake through the progression of their cases.

• Utilize knowledge of bodily injury claims along with pre-litigation case management procedures.

• Recognize cases suitable for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the relevant department.

• Review and submit potential production cases for evaluation by attorneys.

• Assess clients for eligibility for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

• Assist clients with matters related to property damage, including claims for loss of use and diminished value.

• Engage with insurance adjusters and carriers to gather coverage details and claim information.

• Monitor and follow up on clients' medical treatment and the progression of their cases.

• Request, acquire, and organize medical records, bills, and additional supporting documentation.

• Keep accurate records of adjuster and insurance information within Litify.

• Submit relevant subrogation and attorney lien documentation.

• Thoroughly and accurately document all case activities in Litify.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their questions and providing updates on their case status.

• Ensure cases are adequately prepared for attorney review and discharge when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proven experience managing bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage claims, PIP, as well as medical records and bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation issues, attorney liens, and demand preparation.

• Competence with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems.

• Exceptional client communication, organizational, and case management skills.

• Capability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
