Intake Case Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of personal injury clients from the initial intake phase through the progression of their cases.

• Utilize expertise in bodily injury claims and pre-litigation management processes.

• Determine which cases qualify for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the correct department.

• Evaluate and submit potential production cases for attorney review.

• Assess client eligibility for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

• Support clients with property damage issues, including claims for loss of use and diminished value.

• Liaise with insurance adjusters and carriers to gather coverage and claim details.

• Track and follow up on client medical treatment and the progression of cases.

• Request, obtain, and organize medical records, invoices, and supporting documentation.

• Keep precise adjuster and insurance information updated within Litify.

• Submit necessary subrogation and attorney lien documents.

• Thoroughly and accurately document all case activities in Litify.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case status.

• Ensure that cases are adequately prepared for attorney review and discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborate with The Ward Law Group's Personal Injury team to enhance client recoveries and facilitate case resolutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

• At least 1 year of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager within a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims, pre-litigation processes, property damage claims, PIP, medical records and bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation issues, attorney liens, and demand preparation.

• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or comparable case management systems.

• Outstanding client communication, organizational, and case management abilities.

• Capacity to independently handle a high-volume caseload.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday during either 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.
