Intake Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury clients from initial intake to case progression.

• Utilize expertise in bodily injury claims and pre-litigation case management procedures.

• Determine cases suitable for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the relevant department.

• Assess and submit potential production cases for attorney assessment.

• Evaluate clients for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

• Support clients with property damage issues, including claims for loss of use and diminished value.

• Engage with insurance adjusters and carriers to gather coverage and claim details.

• Track and follow up on client medical treatment and case advancement.

• Request, acquire, and organize medical records, bills, and necessary documentation.

• Keep precise adjuster and insurance information updated within Litify.

• Submit relevant subrogation and attorney lien paperwork.

• Record all case activities comprehensively and accurately in Litify.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on their case status.

• Ensure cases are adequately prepared for attorney review and closure when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage claims, PIP, medical records and bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation issues, attorney liens, and demand preparation.

• Proficient in Litify, Salesforce, or comparable case management systems.

• Exceptional client communication, organizational, and case management abilities.

• Capability to independently handle a high-volume caseload.

• This role is a Virtual Assistant position as an independent contractor.
