Intake Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury clients from the initial intake to the progression of their cases.

• Utilize expertise in bodily injury claims and pre-litigation case management procedures.

• Determine which cases qualify for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the designated department.

• Evaluate and submit potential production cases for attorney assessment.

• Assess clients for eligibility regarding Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

• Support clients with property damage issues, including loss of use and diminished value claims.

• Liaise with insurance adjusters and carriers to gather coverage and claim details.

• Track and follow up on client medical treatment and the progression of their cases.

• Request, acquire, and organize medical records, bills, and relevant documentation.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of adjuster and insurance information within Litify.

• Submit necessary subrogation and attorney lien documentation.

• Record all case activities comprehensively and accurately in Litify.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on case status.

• Ensure cases are adequately prepared for attorney review and closure when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager within a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case processes, property damage claims, PIP, medical record and bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation issues, attorney liens, and demand preparation.

• Proficient in using Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management platforms.

• Exceptional client communication, organizational, and case management abilities.

• Capability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
