This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Ingest documents into the OnBase document management system.
• Classify documents in OnBase based on document type, program guidelines, and work instructions.
• Accurately and efficiently enter data from ingested documents into Lynk.
• Escalate incomplete and urgent documents to the Supervisors.
• Inform the Supervisor when OnBase is out of service.
• Alert the Supervisor about significant increases in the document queue.
• Review documents to identify any missing or incorrect information.
• Communicate trends related to missing information or non-conforming materials.
• Report Adverse Events and Product Complaint inquiries in accordance with client procedures.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the manager.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent experience is required.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Remote work eligibility is subject to work-from-home criteria and business needs.
