Intake and Scheduling Coordinator – Criminal Appeals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise documentation of client interactions and subsequent actions.

• Monitor lead activity and intake progress within the CRM system.

• Maintain continuous communication with prospective clients and inmates.

• Distribute intake forms and necessary documentation.

• Organize consultations and calls with correctional facilities.

• Follow up with prospective clients following their initial inquiries.

• Process payments using LawPay.

• Assist the legal team with administrative and client service responsibilities.

• Collect payments for consultations, case reviews, and representation agreements.

• Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars.

• Qualify incoming leads and assess potential client needs.

• Perform receptionist duties and front-line client intake tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an intake specialist.

• Experience in lead qualification.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.

• Technologically adept and flexible.

• Quick learner of new systems.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building capabilities.

• Experience in scheduling and calendar management.

• Knowledge of payment collection processes.

• Comfortable discussing services and payment options with potential clients.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Professional phone etiquette.

• Ability to effectively multitask.

• Clear and professional speaking voice.

• Must be available for remote work aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Availability to work Monday through Friday.

• Familiarity with Clio and LawPay is preferred.

• Experience with Clio Grow, Clio Manage, Cadence Consult, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and LawPay is a plus.
