Insurance Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement specialized training programs focused on property and casualty, liability, health, or life insurance.

• Facilitate communication training tailored for challenging insurance clients.

• Convert insurance law requirements, policy specifics, and intricate claims-processing procedures into digital learning formats.

• Spot opportunities to enhance call handling and manage complaints effectively.

• Design focused coaching initiatives to guarantee service excellence.

• Work collaboratively with project management and industry partners in the insurance sector.

• Establish and enforce quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service within an insurance company, brokerage, or financial services provider, or experience in training on insurance-related subjects.

• Expertise in contemporary teaching methods and the capability to nurture group dynamics in a virtual environment.

• Competence in clearly articulating complex tariff structures, insurance terms and conditions, and legal frameworks.

• Familiarity with digital tools.

• Adaptability and eagerness to work remotely.
