This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
β’ Deliver entry-level assistance and support to policyholders, emphasizing resolution on the first contact.
β’ Manage requests through a single communication channel, such as phone.
β’ Make and receive phone calls.
β’ Oversee policy information management.
β’ Safeguard customers by cross-selling and binding relevant products, coverages, and services.
β’ Anticipate and actively address prospective questions, needs, and issues.
β’ Elaborate on coverages and conduct thorough policy reviews.
β’ Provide insurance quotes for existing insurance policies.
β’ Process underwriting transactions within established authority levels.
β’ Assist policyholders through phone, web, and chat platforms.
β’ Collaborate with other agents to foster positive relationships and ensure timely resolutions.
β’ Aim for advancement into the Service Agent role.
β’ Actively pursue required licensure.
β’ High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and at least 1 year of directly relevant work experience.
β’ Ability to train and execute the job in a remote environment while meeting work-from-home criteria.
β’ Possession of a P&C or Personal Lines License; if not licensed upon hire, must secure a license within 6 months of the hire date.
β’ Availability to work 40 hours per week during 24/7 operational hours.
β’ Flexibility for shifts that may conclude at 8:00 PM local time.
β’ Must be available to work at least one weekend day; days off may not be consecutive.
β’ Capability to be present at the home location and on camera during training sessions.
β’ Proficient in navigating Windows-based and web browser applications.
β’ Competent and precise keyboard skills.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Preferred: 1β2 years of previous sales and customer service experience in a personal lines insurance setting.
β’ Preferred: 1+ year of chat support experience.
β’ Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree.
β’ Preferred: Bilingual skills.
β’ Applicants must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.
