Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide outstanding, consultative customer interactions.

• Identify opportunities for customer savings and assess coverage gaps.

• Simplify intricate policy information into understandable choices.

• Create customized policy packages in collaboration with over 55 partner carriers.

• Complete and secure insurance coverage.

• Address customer concerns and purchasing hesitations with empathy.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance the app and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

• Sincere empathy, warmth, and strong active listening abilities.

• Capability to juggle competing priorities while upholding high service standards and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in managing inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Skill in clearly explaining complex policy details.

• Expertise in creating customized policy packages and finalizing coverage.

• Property & Casualty license expected within 2 weeks of starting.

• Must currently live in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be needed.
