Insurance Tracking Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Match insurance documents with loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.

• Analyze and process insurance documents against loan records, ensuring that all documents are suitable and policy coverages are adequate.

• Accurately enter data from insurance documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Follow the Daily Workflow Schedule and meet daily processing targets.

• Handle transactions across various work queues on a daily basis.

• Engage in training sessions, team meetings, departmental meetings, and one-on-one discussions.

• Deliver prompt and quality customer service and support to clients.

• Inform customers about the necessity of insurance documents for their loans.

• Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients and insurance agents to secure necessary documentation.

• Execute loan transactions with a focus on quality and productivity during call wrap-up.

• Attend industry-related continuing education courses and training.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Skills testing may be necessary.

• Minimum of one year of Call Center experience.

• Preferred experience with community bank bond / D&O / property and casualty insurance programs.

• Above-average telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both prospective and current clients, as well as colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability and willingness to utilize the company’s computer systems and software.

• Capability to interpret policy forms and coverage descriptions.

• Strong organizational skills are required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A safe home office or quiet workspace with fast and reliable internet connectivity.
