Insurance Tracking Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from customers and insurance agents.

• Make outbound calls to insurance agents to gather necessary insurance information.

• Assist customers and agents throughout the insurance documentation process.

• Inform customers about the insurance documentation needed for loan agreements.

• Address inquiries and finalize loan transactions.

• Ensure customer privacy and confidentiality is maintained.

• Enter and verify data to update loan records accurately.

• Align insurance documents with loan records.

• Provide training on additional supplemental processes as per business requirements.

• Follow daily workflow schedules and meet production targets.

• Engage in training sessions, team meetings, departmental meetings, and individual meetings.

• Collaborate on projects and assignments.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Minimum typing speed of 32 WPM for 10 key.

• Ability to comprehend company manuals step-by-step.

• Familiarity with the Windows computer environment and Office software.

• Capability to interpret policy forms and coverage details.

• Strong organizational skills are necessary.

• Openness to attending educational classes if desired.

• High-speed internet that meets speed requirements.

• Access to a cell phone.

• A dedicated home office or quiet workspace is required.

• A willingness to learn and adapt.

• Must be available to work the required Monday to Friday schedule, including the permanent shift from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT.

• No licensing or certification is required.
