• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in reviewing coverage alternatives and applying for protection

• Guide applications through the underwriting process until families are fully protected

• Typically serve 3–5 families each week

• Utilize data-driven systems and established lead generation techniques

• Emphasize service over prospecting

• Must be a citizen of the United States

• Possess a life insurance license or be willing to acquire one

• Have a computer and phone to assist clients

• Maintain a reliable internet connection

• Comfortable working autonomously in a performance-oriented setting

• Open to coaching and demonstrates discipline

• Communicate with honesty and confidence

• Enthusiastic about helping families make informed financial choices

• Willing to develop into a leadership role over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events

• No cold calling involved; all leads are warm and inbound
