Insurance Agent – Afternoon Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers by delivering information regarding products and/or services.

• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.

• Respond to both internal and external requests within the specified service level agreements (SLAs).

• Handle incoming communications related to member inquiries, customer complaints, product questions, warranties, and general customer issues.

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and problems related to member accounts.

• Cross-train and support team members as necessary.

• Maintain awareness of product information and customer service and/or store policies.

• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Engage in solution innovation, sales, and retention initiatives with both current and prospective clients.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a Property & Casualty License, or obtain it within 45 days of employment.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, call center, or a comparable field.

• No formal educational background is required.

• Must understand and comply with federal and state regulations.

• Availability for the 12:00–8:30 PM EST shift is required.
