Insurance Specialist, Sales – Pension & Insurance Planning (Life and Health)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactively enhance the established Finanzguru advisory service.

• Simplify complex technical jargon into clear and understandable language.

• Offer thorough advice to both existing and prospective customers based on their banking data.

• Continuously improve data-driven needs analysis.

• Integrate banking and insurance services.

• Assist in providing sustainable advice to over 3 million users.

• Collaborate within a specialized team of 6 to 9 customer advisors focused on pension and insurance planning.

• Partner with the team leader for performance and personal growth.

• Participate in daily professional and personal interactions via Slack, video calls, and virtual coffee chats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or professional (BWV/IHK).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in holistic customer advice.

• Ideally, possess in-depth knowledge of biometric risk protection, particularly in occupational disability and life insurance (BU/LV), as well as health insurance (KV).

• Desire to scale exceptional advice through digitalization.

• Strong affinity for digital tools.

• Interest in the convergence of technical expertise and product development.

• Fluent in German at C1/C2 proficiency level.

• Capacity to establish strong, trust-based relationships with customers, even in a remote context.
