This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Further enhance the established financial advisory service of Finanzguru.

• Simplify complex technical terms into clear, comprehensible language.

• Offer comprehensive advice on property and casualty insurance to both existing and new customers, utilizing their banking data.

• Persistently refine data-driven needs assessment.

• Integrate banking services with property and casualty insurance.

• Reinforce Finanzguru's reputation as a reliable financial partner for over 3 million users by providing sustainable advice.

• Work collaboratively with specialized property and casualty insurance teams as well as the team lead.

• Play a key role at the intersection of industry knowledge and product innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or professional (BWV/IHK).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in comprehensive customer consulting.

• Strong expertise in property and casualty insurance.

• Eagerness to contribute to the digital transformation within the insurance sector.

• Excellent understanding of digital processes and a high affinity for digital tools.

• Passion for working at the crossroads of industry expertise and product development.

• Proficient German language skills (at least C1 level).

• Capacity to establish strong, trust-based relationships with customers in a remote setting.
