Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities

• Oversee and nurture relationships with current clients

• Deliver customized risk management solutions designed for clients of various sizes

• Create and develop a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives

• Showcase personalized insurance options, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters

• Forge and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

• Serve as a trusted consultant for clients’ personal and family insurance requirements

• Keep clients updated on market developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes

• Prepare and present regular reports detailing sales performance and account activities

• Collaborate as a member of a successful sales team, supported by a dedicated service team

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid Property and Casualty License

• Have experience in personal lines insurance sales

• Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure in a team-oriented environment

• Effectively prioritize risks and manage multiple workflows simultaneously

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills

• Showcase strong listening, verbal, and written communication abilities

• Have a solid understanding of homeowners and personal auto insurance coverage

• Possess developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and comprehend the supplemental insurance landscape

• Exhibit strong sales capabilities

• Familiarity with AMS 360 is a plus
