Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals via phone and Zoom who have requested quotes or information about life insurance.

• Guide prospects through various life insurance options by leveraging access to over 60 carrier partners.

• Assist customers in selecting coverage that best fits their needs.

• Finalize insurance sales.

• Tailor conversations using the company's framework instead of relying on memorized scripts.

• Complete onboarding and practice authentic conversation scenarios.

• Manage live calls with continuous mentor support for complex discussions and objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Must pass a background check.

• Must either possess a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• Previous insurance sales experience is not necessary.

• Must be able to communicate with prospects via phone and Zoom.
