Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals via phone and Zoom who have requested a quote or information on life insurance.

• Guide prospects through various life insurance options by utilizing access to over 60 carrier partners.

• Assist prospects in selecting coverage that is tailored to their specific needs.

• Finalize sales and earn commission on successful transactions.

• Complete onboarding that covers essential life insurance concepts and family protection requirements.

• Participate in practice scenarios that simulate real conversations.

• Manage live calls with continuous mentor support for handling complex discussions and objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Either possess a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• No previous experience in insurance sales is necessary.

• Must be willing to work using phone and Zoom technology.

• Should be able to tailor conversations using a provided framework.
