Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals via phone and Zoom who have shown interest in obtaining a life insurance quote or further information.

• Guide potential clients through various life insurance options by leveraging access to over 60 carrier partners.

• Assist prospects in selecting coverage that meets their specific needs.

• Finalize insurance sales effectively.

• Naturally adapt conversation frameworks instead of strictly adhering to scripts.

• Complete onboarding that covers the fundamentals of life insurance and understanding customer needs.

• Participate in practice sessions that simulate real conversation scenarios.

• Manage live calls with the support of a mentor during complex discussions and objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be residing in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Either already possess a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• No prior experience in insurance sales is necessary.

• Proficient in working via phone and Zoom.

• Willingness to learn and adapt a conversational framework.

• Availability for full-time or part-time work.
