Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals via phone and Zoom who have shown interest in obtaining a life insurance quote or information.

• Guide potential customers through various life insurance choices.

• Utilize access to over 60 carrier partners to assist customers in selecting appropriate coverage.

• Finalize sales transactions and earn commissions.

• Participate in onboarding sessions covering the essentials of life insurance and customer requirements.

• Simulate real conversation scenarios for practice.

• Manage live calls with the support of a mentor for complex discussions and objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Possessing a Life & Health insurance license, or willing to obtain one.

• Prior experience in insurance sales is not necessary.

• Proficient in communicating via phone and Zoom.

• Ability to learn and adapt to a structured conversation framework.
