Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals via phone and Zoom who have shown interest in obtaining a life insurance quote or information.

• Guide potential clients through various life insurance options by leveraging access to over 60 carrier partners.

• Assist prospects in selecting coverage that aligns with their specific needs.

• Finalize sales and earn commissions.

• Complete an onboarding process that includes training on life insurance essentials and family protection requirements.

• Participate in simulated conversation scenarios for practice.

• Manage live calls with mentorship support for complex discussions and objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Either possess a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• No previous experience in insurance sales is necessary.

• Proficient in working via phone and Zoom.

• Ability to naturally adapt a conversational framework.
