Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Interact with individuals via phone and Zoom who have expressed interest in obtaining a life insurance quote or information.

• Guide potential clients through various life insurance options utilizing access to over 60 insurance carrier partners.

• Assist clients in selecting coverage that fits their unique needs.

• Finalize sales and earn commission for your efforts.

• Complete an onboarding program that covers the fundamentals of life insurance, family needs, and realistic conversation scenarios.

• Manage live calls with continuous mentor support for handling complex conversations and addressing objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Either possess a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• No previous insurance sales experience is necessary.

• Proficient in conducting conversations via phone and Zoom.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a conversation framework.
