Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals via phone and Zoom who have expressed interest in obtaining a life insurance quote or further information.

• Guide customers through various life insurance options with access to over 60 carrier partners.

• Assist clients in selecting coverage that aligns with their specific needs.

• Finalize insurance sales effectively.

• Tailor discussions using a learned framework instead of relying on memorized scripts.

• Complete a comprehensive onboarding process that covers the fundamentals of life insurance and customer interaction scenarios.

• Manage live calls with continuous mentorship support for complex conversations and objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Either possess a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• No previous insurance sales experience is necessary.

• Must be comfortable working with customers via phone and Zoom.
