Insurance Sales Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Promote personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to both new and existing clients.

• Oversee your sales pipeline and engage with inbound leads provided by the agency.

• Advise customers on selecting the appropriate coverage that meets their requirements.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals within a performance-oriented setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is mandatory.

• Preferred experience of 1–3 years in insurance or sales.

• Excellent communication abilities and a consultative sales approach.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving goals.

• Ability to work independently with confidence.
