Insurance Sales, No Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a comprehensive training program focused on life insurance products, client interactions, objections, and inquiries.

• Participate in live calls under the guidance of a mentor.

• Manage warm inbound or outbound leads from individuals seeking information about life insurance.

• Communicate with clients via phone and Zoom.

• Align clients with suitable coverage by leveraging partnerships with over 60 carriers.

• Operate independently following the onboarding process.

• Meet production targets to qualify for performance-related incentives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a sincere willingness to obtain one through the program.

• Previous experience in insurance is not necessary.

• Eagerness to learn and a commitment to consistent attendance.
