Insurance Sales, No Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete a comprehensive training program focused on life insurance products, client discussions, objections, and inquiries.

• Engage in supervised live calls alongside a mentor.

• Work with warm inbound or outbound leads from individuals who have requested information on life insurance.

• Conduct client interactions via phone and Zoom.

• Connect clients with suitable coverage options through access to over 60 carrier partners.

• Manage an independent workload following the training period.

• Earn commissions based on sales performance and qualify for production-related incentives.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous insurance experience is necessary.

• Must be a resident of the U.S.

• Capability to pass a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a genuine willingness to obtain one through the program.

• A strong desire to learn and a commitment to consistent attendance.

• Ability to engage with warm life insurance leads through phone and Zoom interactions.
