Insurance Sales, No Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Undertake a comprehensive training program focused on life insurance products and effective client communication.

• Acquire skills to manage client objections and inquiries.

• Engage in supervised live calls alongside a mentor.

• Handle inbound and outbound warm leads from individuals seeking life insurance information.

• Conduct client interactions via phone and Zoom.

• Align clients with suitable coverage options utilizing over 60 carrier partners.

• Develop an independent workload.

• Earn commissions based on sales performance and qualify for various performance incentives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous insurance experience is not necessary.

• Must be a resident of the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• A Life & Health insurance license is preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain one through our program.

• Ability to engage with warm life insurance leads using phone and Zoom.

• Eagerness to learn and a commitment to consistent attendance.
