Insurance Sales, No Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Engage in comprehensive training focused on life insurance products and effective client communications.

• Develop skills to address client objections and inquiries proficiently.

• Take part in monitored live calls with a mentor for practical experience.

• Manage inbound and outbound warm leads from individuals who have expressed interest in life insurance.

• Connect clients with suitable coverage by leveraging access to over 60 carrier partners.

• Operate independently upon successful completion of the onboarding process.

• Earn commissions solely based on sales performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous experience in insurance is necessary.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Capability to pass a background check is essential.

• A Life & Health insurance license is preferred, or a genuine willingness to obtain one through the program.

• Competency in engaging with warm life insurance leads via phone and Zoom.

• Eagerness to learn and demonstrate consistent attendance and commitment.
