This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Engage with leads generated by the brokerage, assess customer profiles, and identify their needs.

• Deliver prompt and precise insurance quotes.

• Negotiate with customers to provide optimal terms and insurance solutions.

• Dispatch proposals through the Teleport platform or directly to insurers.

• Handle new policies and renewals.

• Offer customized service to ensure a distinctive customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma required.

• Prior sales or negotiation experience in the insurance sector, particularly in auto insurance, is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing personalized, customer-centric service and superior customer experience.

• Demonstrated proactivity, resilience, and a results-driven approach.

• Capability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Comfort in working towards targets and performance objectives.

• Availability for remote work and effective self-organization in a flexible setting.

• Well-honed negotiation skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in selling insurance to leads acquired through digital channels is an advantage.

• Familiarity with social media and digital tools is beneficial.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and the Teleport platform is a plus.

• 1–3 years of professional experience required.
