Insurance Sales and Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to customers by pinpointing coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and impending renewal increases.

• Handle inbound calls from customers exploring options for auto, home, motorcycle, and various other policies.

• Support policyholders in making changes to their insurance policies.

• Acquire knowledge about insurance products to effectively match customers with suitable insurance providers and coverage.

• Navigate and clarify the functionalities of the evolving Jerry.ai app.

• Address challenges that hinder customers from securing the appropriate coverage.

• Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• A collaborative team spirit.

• A strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly positions.

• Full-time employment is a requirement.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• A P&C license is a plus but not essential; Jerry.ai covers the cost of obtaining the license if necessary.
