This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service to all families.
β’ Facilitate communication among referring physicians, insurance providers, and treatment centers.
β’ Acquire insurance authorizations.
β’ Investigate, assess, and document benefits, eligibility, and authorization prerequisites within the company system in collaboration with the Verifications Team.
β’ Accurately review benefits and eligibility to enable families to make well-informed decisions regarding treatment expenses.
β’ Convey cost shares, co-payments, and financial obligations to patient families.
β’ 1 β 2 years of customer service or a related field experience.
β’ 1 β 2 years of experience with software applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.
β’ An investigative, curious nature with strong problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Self-driven and task-oriented with a robust capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Capability to collaborate within a team as well as work independently.
β’ Personable, warm, empathetic, and professional communication style, both verbal and written, with team members and individuals seeking treatment.
β’ Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
