Insurance Enrollment Agent – Home Health, ACA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

• Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Foster enduring relationships with clients through transparent and honest communication.

• Address customer concerns with effective solutions and conduct follow-ups.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account procedures.

• Ensure compliance by adhering to communication guidelines and company policies.

• Engage and delight customers effectively.

• Assist individuals and families in securing Home Health and ACA coverage.

• Offer plans from leading national insurance carriers.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Health Insurance License is mandatory.

• Current FFM (Federally-facilitated Marketplace) certification/registration for the applicable year is required.

• Willingness to acquire licenses in states such as AL, FL, GA, TX, VA, and others.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Home Health and/or ACA plans is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and superior telephone etiquette are essential.

• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends.

• Candidates must reside in AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MS, MO, NE, NH, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.
