Insurance Credentialing Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop Jane's inaugural credentialing service from the ground up, starting with Billing Service customers.

• Create and implement a centralized credentialing framework.

• Choose and deploy a scalable credentialing software platform.

• Foster vendor relationships and adapt credentialing tools to meet evolving business needs.

• Set up stringent verification and compliance protocols to safeguard Jane and its customers from risks.

• Collaborate with legal, IT, and clinical teams to ensure credentialing efforts are aligned, transparent, and advancing.

• Contribute to the enhancement of Jane's U.S. billing tools and services.

• Work together with payers, internal teams, and clinic staff to minimize friction, streamline processes, and advocate for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in credentialing management, preferably within healthcare or a similar regulated industry.

• Extensive credentialing knowledge, encompassing provider enrollment, payer requirements, and re-credentialing cycles.

• Practical experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing credentialing software platforms.

• Strong understanding of compliance and the ability to establish verification protocols that can withstand audit scrutiny.

• Exceptional cross-functional communication abilities.

• Experience collaborating with legal, IT, and operational teams.

• Must currently reside and work in Canada.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship.
