This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis for designated client groups and align findings with overall objectives.
• Investigate issues by collaborating with departments beyond IPM/IPO and securing support for conclusions and action plans.
• Utilize knowledge of broader issues to suggest procedures and analyses necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Compile findings and recommendations for clients.
• Co-present findings to senior management.
• Evaluate the work of less-experienced staff for accuracy, logic, and suitability.
• Create and guide processes for reporting information to clients.
• Engage in recurring and ad hoc projects, employing analytical methods and technical skills to address unstructured problems and complex analyses.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of directly related experience.
• Exceptional research, statistical, analytical, processing, and mathematical abilities.
• Proficiency in structuring and executing analyses.
• Flexibility, multitasking abilities, and excellent time management skills.
• Competence in delivering effective formal presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Understanding of insurance, accounting, and rate-making principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and structured analysis and design methodologies.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person engagements.
• Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.
