This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis for the designated client group and align it with overall goals.
• Investigate issues by collaborating with departments beyond IPM/IPO to secure support for conclusions and action plans.
• Leverage knowledge of broader issues to suggest procedure development and necessary analyses.
• Compile findings and recommendations for clients.
• Co-present conclusions to senior management.
• Evaluate the work of less experienced staff for accuracy, logic, and suitability.
• Create and potentially mentor processes for reporting information to clients.
• Travel as necessary for divisional/team meetings and other in-person gatherings.
• Address business needs, including dedicating additional time and assisting other teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional research, statistical, analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with the ability to structure and execute analyses.
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively along with strong time management skills.
• Capacity to deliver effective formal presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Capability to coach and mentor colleagues and provide feedback as necessary.
• Understanding of insurance, accounting, and rate-making concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and various structured analysis and design methodologies.
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US.
