Insurance Agent, Sales/Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increases.

• Handle incoming calls from customers interested in auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Assist policyholders with modifications to their existing policies.

• Understand and align insurance products from a broad selection of insurance companies with customer requirements.

• Navigate and learn to use Jerry.ai’s continuously developing application.

• Address and resolve issues to eliminate obstacles between customers and suitable coverage options.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.

• Contribute product insights and assist in enhancing the overall product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must possess a genuinely friendly and positive demeanor, along with a collaborative spirit.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Possess strong communication skills.

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations specified by Jerry.ai.

• Full-time hourly employees are required to live in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

• Ability to work as a full-time employee is essential.

• A valid P&C license is inquired about during the application process; the company can cover the cost of the license for candidates who do not already possess one.
