Insurance Agent, Sales or Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in managing their vehicle and home assets through insurance solutions.

• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal increases.

• Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Handle inbound calls from policyholders requiring changes to their policies.

• Acquire extensive knowledge of insurance products and align customers with suitable insurance providers.

• Familiarize yourself with Jerry.ai’s continuously evolving application.

• Address issues to eliminate obstacles between customers and the right coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and insurance documents.

• Offer product insights and contribute to product enhancements.

• Identify the appropriate sales or service path during the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor, along with a willingness to collaborate within a team.

• A strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried roles; or in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly positions.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S.

• Must possess a valid P&C license or be willing to obtain one with Jerry.ai’s financial support.
