• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients

• Enthusiastic about assisting families in making informed financial choices

• Openness to advancing into leadership roles over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events

• Must be comfortable with a completely commission-based income structure

• No cold calling involved; all leads are warm and inbound
