This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage choices and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Serve an estimated 3–5 families each week

• Emphasize service over prospecting through data-driven systems and lead generation

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone to assist clients

• Reliable internet connection is essential

• Ability to work independently in a performance-oriented environment

• Must be disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident communication skills are required

• A passion for helping families make informed financial choices

• Openness to grow into leadership roles over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events

• Income is 100% commission-based

• No cold calling involved; all leads are warm and inbound
