• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage alternatives and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through underwriting until families achieve full coverage

• Provide support to families seeking help with life insurance-related products

• Operate remotely in a role that is entirely commission-based

• Emphasize service over cold prospecting; all leads are warm and incoming

• Current life insurance license or a readiness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone for client service

• Dependable internet connection

• Capability to work entirely online

• Comfortable working autonomously in a performance-driven setting

• Must be a citizen of the United States

• Self-disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident in communication

• Enthusiastic about assisting families in making informed financial choices

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership gatherings
