This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to warm leads to set up appointments.

• Assist families in evaluating coverage options and applying for protection.

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered.

• Serve around 3–5 families each week.

• Concentrate on assisting families interested in life insurance-backed products.

• Attend in-person conferences and leadership events as required.

• Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• U.S. citizenship is necessary.

• Possess a computer and phone to service clients effectively.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.

• Must be at ease with a 100% commission-based income structure.

• Must demonstrate discipline and accountability.

• Honest and confident communication skills are required.

• A passion for assisting families in making sound financial decisions is essential.

• Willingness to develop into a leadership role over time.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events.

• No cold calling; all leads provided are warm and inbound.
