Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage alternatives and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families achieve full coverage

• Serve around 3–5 families weekly

• Prioritize service over chasing prospects by utilizing data-driven systems and lead generation

• Participate in occasional in-person conferences and leadership events as necessary

• Possession of a life insurance license or a commitment to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone for client service

• Dependable internet connection

• Ability to work independently in a performance-oriented setting

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Self-disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident communicator

• Enthusiastic about assisting families in making informed financial choices

• Eager to develop into a leadership role over time

• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based income structure

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events
