This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Design, organize, and lead technical training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
β’ Serve as a technical expert in advanced automotive diagnostics, fault analysis, system troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
β’ Provide training programs that encompass conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
β’ Deliver specialized training on electric vehicle architecture, high-voltage systems, safety procedures, and the diagnosis and maintenance of electrical components.
β’ Create, evaluate, and revise technical learning materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, videos, and digital resources.
β’ Tailor technical content for technicians, service advisors, trainers, and leadership teams.
β’ Ensure training programs comply with brand standards, industry best practices, and emerging automotive technologies.
β’ Foster continuous improvement through learner feedback, training metrics, and adapting to changing business needs.
β’ Provide technical support to internal teams and dealer networks.
β’ Work closely with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and establish training priorities.
β’ Advocate for safe working practices in high-voltage and electrified vehicle settings.
β’ Encourage knowledge sharing and promote technical excellence throughout the organization.
β’ Technical diploma or a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
β’ Demonstrated experience in advanced automotive diagnostics and fault detection.
β’ Prior experience in automotive manufacturers, dealerships, technical training organizations, or similar fields.
β’ Background as a Technical Trainer, Technical Specialist, Field Support Engineer, or a comparable role.
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary.
β’ Strong grasp of automotive systems and diagnostic techniques.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicle technologies, including high-voltage systems and safety protocols.
β’ Proven ability to develop and present engaging technical training programs.
β’ Familiarity with manufacturer diagnostic platforms and service tools.
β’ Effective and engaging communication style with strong facilitation abilities.
β’ Consultative and solution-focused mindset.
β’ Highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to ongoing learning.
β’ Capacity to connect with diverse technical audiences and establish credibility through expertise.
β’ Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management experience.
β’ Advanced English proficiency is preferred.
