Instructor – Automotive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, organize, and lead technical training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.

• Serve as a technical expert in advanced automotive diagnostics, fault analysis, system troubleshooting, and repair techniques.

• Provide training programs that encompass conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

• Deliver specialized training on electric vehicle architecture, high-voltage systems, safety procedures, and the diagnosis and maintenance of electrical components.

• Create, evaluate, and revise technical learning materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, videos, and digital resources.

• Tailor technical content for technicians, service advisors, trainers, and leadership teams.

• Ensure training programs comply with brand standards, industry best practices, and emerging automotive technologies.

• Foster continuous improvement through learner feedback, training metrics, and adapting to changing business needs.

• Provide technical support to internal teams and dealer networks.

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and establish training priorities.

• Advocate for safe working practices in high-voltage and electrified vehicle settings.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and promote technical excellence throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical diploma or a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in advanced automotive diagnostics and fault detection.

• Prior experience in automotive manufacturers, dealerships, technical training organizations, or similar fields.

• Background as a Technical Trainer, Technical Specialist, Field Support Engineer, or a comparable role.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Strong grasp of automotive systems and diagnostic techniques.

• Comprehensive knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicle technologies, including high-voltage systems and safety protocols.

• Proven ability to develop and present engaging technical training programs.

• Familiarity with manufacturer diagnostic platforms and service tools.

• Effective and engaging communication style with strong facilitation abilities.

• Consultative and solution-focused mindset.

• Highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to ongoing learning.

• Capacity to connect with diverse technical audiences and establish credibility through expertise.

• Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management experience.

• Advanced English proficiency is preferred.
