Instructional Designer, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assess training needs and learning objectives to pinpoint gaps and areas for enhancement.

• Create educational resources, such as courses, modules, guides, and manuals, employing instructional methodologies.

• Produce interactive and multimedia content, including videos, simulations, and assessments.

• Work in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Implement pedagogical principles and learning technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in pedagogy or a related field focused on instructional design.

• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design.

• A portfolio is required.

• Proficient in English at C1 level.

• Proficient in French at B2 level.

• Experience with Articulate Storyline.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

• Understanding of instructional methodologies.

• Knowledge of pedagogical principles and learning technologies.

• Ability to utilize LMS and authoring tools effectively.
