Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate actively in the collective responsibility for learning experiences and outcomes.

• Collaborate with teams across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

• Design and create learning experiences and assessments that align with identified learning outcomes and technical proficiency objectives.

• Implement instructional design best practices to develop content, activities, knowledge assessments, and certifications.

• Ensure that content is in line with learning objectives, competency goals, design standards, and business priorities.

• Assess the effectiveness of learning content using LMS engagement analytics and feedback from post-course surveys.

• Contribute to the growth and ongoing improvement of the Academy.

• Analyze learning needs and maintain a curriculum and assessments that are aligned with business objectives and desired outcomes.

• Convert intricate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences tailored for the Nozomi Networks platform.

• Excellent writing, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Experience in managing collaboration with a diverse range of subject matter experts.

• Capability to simplify and effectively communicate technical concepts.

• Proven track record in the design and development of scaled learning content.

• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation practices for learning.

• Familiarity with learning technologies and content development tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Cloudshare, and Skilljar.

• A collaborative, coachable attitude with a genuine passion for learning.
