This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan across a broad geographical region.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influential decision makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals.
• Visit physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and similar locations.
• Deliver clear communications in complex clinical scenarios.
• Participate in periodic field travel with internal teams, including management and marketing personnel.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies, improve efficiencies, and optimize return on investment.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales and profit targets.
• Manage and record territory-specific data through a CRM system.
• Carry out other miscellaneous responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Capability to work autonomously and maintain key account relationships.
• Proven track record of increasing sales while managing a personal territory.
• Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of complex clinical information.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time scenarios.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficient presentation skills, particularly in team or group settings.
• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Veeva or Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to maintain necessary credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing vendors throughout employment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the territory/role, including air travel.
• Ability to sit for extended periods; frequently stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• Capacity to occasionally climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient in operating a keyboard, telephone, and hand-held devices.
